Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Gary's Gourmet Caramel Corn! If your order arrives damaged or there is a significant quality issue, we're here to help.

We offer a 10-day replacement or refund policy, which means you have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us regarding a damaged product or significant quality concern.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at maggie@garyscaramelcorn.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product, if applicable

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, we'll either send replacement products or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution.
